BARNALA (PUNJAB), Feb 1:
A defamation case was filed against Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde in a local court here today for his controversial statement about RSS and BJP backing “Hindu terror” in the country.
The case was filed by Bhartiya Janata Yuva Morcha leader Neeraj Jindal in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Manoj Kumar under various sections of the IPC.
The case would be taken up for hearing on February 15. (UNI)
