JAMMU, Jan 4: 3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Haq Nawaz Zargar today awarded five years imprisonment to one Rakesh Singh, who was involved in kidnapping of a minor.
After hearing APP Surekha Bhat for the State, the court awarded simple imprisonment for a period of five years for the commission of offence under Section 363 RPC. He was further awarded simple imprisonment for a period of one year for commission of offence under Section 506 RPC.
