19 BUs under scanner of Provident Fund Office, warned of action

SAMBA, Jan 8: Nineteen Business Units (BUs) including some educational institutions in the district have come under the scanner of the office of the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, Samba, for their failure to deposit the Provident Fund dues.
The defaulting establishments are Bohra Agro Films Private Limited, SIDCO Bari Brahmana (dues Rs 4,44,600), Photochem Remedies India Private Limited, Bari Brahmana (Rs 2,49,026), Saraswati Plastotech Private Limited, Bari Brahmana (Rs 1,30,092), Shiva Ji High School, Samba (Rs 3,81, 128), Kushi Steel Industry Private Limited, Bari Brahmana (Rs 16,15,116), Kashmir Minerals, Bari Brahmana (Rs 2,10,600), Rudra Flour Mills, Nanak Chak, Samba (Rs 1,53502), Bhargava College of Engineering and Technology, Supwal (Rs 2,52,687), Zamindara Daba, NHAI 1, Raya Morh (Rs 93,600) and Mengi Hi Tech Private Limited, Bari Brahmana (Rs 23,48,118).
The list of defaulters also include Nav Vidhya Higher secondary School, Dhalote, Samba (Rs 2, 58,740), Pearl Medical Aids & Equipment Private Limited, IGC Samba (Rs 2,28,152), JMD Industry, Dhyanser Morh, NH1A, Bari Brahmana (Rs 72,394), MIER Higher Secondary School, Khanpur Camp Morh, Ramgarh (Rs 1,14,075), J&K Bharti Public School, Khanpur, Ramgarh (Rs 96,525), New Jagat Jyoti Academy, Sangwal, Vijaypur (Rs 1,07,105), Single Cables, Bari Brahmana (Rs 6,03,692), Hari Narian Industries, IGC Samba (Rs 7,10,443) and New India Distilleries, Nai Basti, Samba (Rs 20, 88,548).
The defaulters have been asked to deposit their dues within 15 days from the date of issue of this notice failing which their cases will be refer to the Collector/court for appropriate action as provided under law.
