JAMMU, Jan 12: A meeting of Migrant Welfare Committee Topsherkhania was held here today in which grave concern was expressed over un-necessary harassment made to the displaced families putting up in Topsherkhania Government quarters by the Estates Department.
The meeting impressed upon the concerned authorities to refrain from harassing the migrants putting up in the quarters who for one or other reasons including medical treatment, fulfilling social obligations , education of their children or the employment in private sector etc have to go outside the State from time to time.
