Play ‘Jago Bandhu Jago Bhaiya’ staged

JAMMU, Jan 14: Ek Sath Rang Madal here today staged Vijay Malla’s progressive Nukad play ‘Jago Bandhu Jago Bhaiya’.
The play was to aware common public against corruption in the society.
It also made aware about RTI so that many problems can be solved.
Shiv Ram is a retired person who is served a notice to prove his ownership for the house and land where he lives.
This leaves him is in a state of shock as his father and fore fathers used to live in the house from years.
Shiv Ram visits concern authorities to prove his identity and ownership of his place where he lives.
Though he tries to convince the authorities that the house was his parental property yet he fails to satisfy them and he doubts foul play.
Now an unknown person asks him to settle his case on the condition of bribe.
His educated daughter intervenes and uses ‘Right To Information’ (RTI) Act.
After some time Shiv Ram turns happy as he receives RTI reply that he is the real owner of land as well as house since years as it is his family property.
Actors who performed in the play were Happy Gupta, Ashok Sharma, Raju Mad, Kavita, Shally, Pawan Shastri and Vijay Malla.
