SAMBA, Jan 17: An impressive ‘Nagar-Kirtan’ was taken out by Sikh community on the eve of Gurpurab in Khanpur, Ramgarh here today.
The Nagar Kirtan was organized by Gurdeep Singh Secretary, Gurdwara Parbandak Committee Vijaypur and it started from village Khanpur and passed through Gudwal, Ramgarh road and Vijaypur.
A large number of people including children and religious preachers also joined the religious procession in connection with the Parkash Utsav of 10th Guru of Sikhs, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji.
Many Sikh youth, were seen displaying martial arts with swords etc.
