KISHTWAR, Jan 27: A man working as Gram Rojgar Sewak (GRS) died in accident after his bike met with on accident late night in Padder area, falling under the jurisdiction of Atholi Police Station, a police official said.
The deceased has been identified as Manglesh Kumar, son of Krishan Chand, a resident of Matti, at present Gulabgarh. He was working as Gram Rojgar Sewak (GRS).
He was first shifted to PHC Atholi and later referred to Narayana Hospital in Katra, where he failed to respond to the treatment and succumbed to his injuries.
After completing medical and legal formalities, the body of the deceased has been handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Atholi police has taken cognizance in this regards.
