JAMMU, Jan 30: State Administrative Council (SAC) which met under the chairmanship of Governor Satya Pal Malik last evening accorded sanction to the promotion of three IAS officers of 2015 batch to the Senior Time Scale with effect from January 1, 2019.
These officers are Baseer-ul-Haq Choudhary, Choudhary Mohammad Yaseen and Sachin Kumar Vaishy.
