JAMMU, Feb 4: The J&K Fund Employees Union has alleged stagnation and over burden on the employees as many posts have remained vacant since long.
A meeting of the Union was held here today under the chairmanship of Qaiser Mujeeb Andrabi ( president), in which the members strongly projected their issues. They alleged that there was no amendment in SRO 202 for the last five years despite their repeated request. It has stalled the promotions and even transfers of the employees.
A large number of posts of Compilers and other cadre are lying vacant and there is high level of stagnation. Many employees are holding same posts for the last more than 20 years and they may retire at the same position. The higher authorities have failed to do justice with the lower staff. They have warned to launch agitation if their demand are not addressed.
