JAMMU, Feb 9: A programme on ‘Art of Happy Living’ was conducted by the Scientists & Engineering wing of RERF and Brahmakumaris here today.
Chief Guest in the programme was Kusum Sharma, Principal Revenue Training Institute Jammu.
Speaking on the occasion she said that in today’s chaotic circumstances, it is the need of the hour to learn this rare and very important art of living happily while managing one’s family, work and social lives simultaneously.

Engineer, Mechanical, Jammu felt that in today’s stressful life, it is a need of the hour to learn Rajyoga meditation.
“If our mind is stable only then we can give our best in all the spheres of life,” he further said.
Bharat Bhushan, National Coordinator of
Scientists & Engineering Wing, RERF and Director, Gyan Mansarovar, Panipat in his keynote address said that at physical level the root cause of all sufferings is the human being himself.
“We human beings have polluted and misused our natural resources for our own selfish motives,” he further said.
