JAMMU, Feb 14: A meeting of Displaced Medical Pensioners was held under the chairmanship of P K Koul in which various problems being faced by the pensioners were discussed.
P K Peshin a trade union leader while addressing the meeting urged the Governor’s administration to concede the long pending demands of the pensioners.
He demanded enhancement of Medical Allowance from Rs 300 per month to Rs 2000 per month besides release of DA installment due from January this year.
