SRINAGAR, Feb 9: As a part of Operation Sadbhavna, Army sent 26 students from Kashmir Valley to Delhi, Pune, Nasik and some other historical places in the country.
The motivational tour is being organized by Army camp Ziran, under the aegis of Chinar Artillery Brigade for the children of Tangmarg villages of Kashmir across India from February 9 to 23. The tour titled `Watan Ki Sair’ was flagged off at Badami Bagh cantonment by Maj Gen Rajesh Arya in presence of senior officers of the Army, parents of the children and some civil officers. This tour will enable the children to understand the cultural diversity, rich heritage and industrial progress in the other parts of the country.
