UDHAMPUR, Feb 28: In view of the prevailing situation, Civil Defence Udhampur is going to conduct a mock exercise on black out between 8:30 PM to 9 PM on March 1, in Udhampur town.
In this regard, the District Administration Udhampur has issued advisories for general public of Udhampur town. People have been advised to restrict movement between 8:30 PM to 9:00 PM. People driving a vehicle should stop the vehicle and switch off the lights when warning siren blows and start driving only after all clear (2nd-siren) siren blows.
The Udhampur Administration has appealed the general public to keep the lights switched off, including inverters, till the warning siren blows and switch on the same after the blow of all-clear (2nd-siren).
