Newcomers will prove asset for party: Ganga

SAMBA, Mar 10: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State president, Ravinder Raina today said the vision and success of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has made India proud across the world in every sphere of life winning the hearts and minds of people.
Addressing a party programme at Vijaypur near here, today where a large number of people including prominent Congress leader, Shiv Kumar (Shivva) along with his supporters joined BJP with a pledge to work for welfare and development of the society, Raina highlighted the tremendous achievements of Modi Government during the five years of its rule in the country.
He said the people have realized the fakeness and futility of political parties like Congress and NC which have forced these leaders to join BJP that is the only right choice for the right thinking people. He said that people of Jammu and Kashmir love their country above everything and hoped that they will support Modi and his brigade by defeating the nefarious designs of those who are hell bent to let down India.
Raina, while praising the youth leaders, expressed hope that they would prove to be assets for the party in the days to come. “I am confident that the newcomers would work hard and provide their services to the party and the society”, he added. He assured that BJP will extend complete support to the new entrants in taking the programmes and policies of the party to every household.
Former Minister, Chander Parkash Ganga who also attended the programme exhorted upon the new entrants in the party to strictly adhere to the BJP ideology and serve the people with complete devotion and sincerity. He assured the new party workers that their vision and suggestions envisaging further streamlining of the party would be respected and taken into account as they are now integral to BJP success in all its manifestations.
He also appealed the people for their huge participation in the electoral process which is pre-requisite towards reinforcing the democratic spirit in the country.
Ganga, while highlighting the historic achievements of Centeral Government, said that Modi and his team is doing commendable job in promoting the interests of common masses which is being recognized and appreciated by everyone. It is only due to the efforts of Modi that India has developed amicable relations and good rapport with other countries thus giving a new meaning to International ties of our nation, he maintained.
Others who joined BJP were Capt (retd) Karamjeet, Bhagwan Gill and Roshan Lal, Panch Surinder Singh Chahal, Panch Roshan Lal, Ex-Panch, Satya Devi, M.D.Roshan and scores of others most of whom were from Congress and NC.
