RAMBAM, Mar 18: The toll in the recent accident mounted to 12 as one of the injured lady undergoing treatment at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu succumbed to her injuries.
As per police sources, a woman, who was injured in accident in which 11 persons were killed and 4 others were injured, succumbed to her injuries at GMCH Jammu today.
The deceased has been identified as Misra Begum (36), wife of Zakir Hussain of Mildan Ragarh.
After completing medical and legal formalities, the body of the deceased has been handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
In the accident, the lady also lost her two daughters, one aged around 13 years and other aged 3 months.
A case under relevant sections stands registered with Police Station Ramban and investigation is going on.
