JAMMU, Mar 25: Ek Sath Rang Mandal today presented Vijay Malla’s progressive nukad ‘Chhunaw Ki Ahhmiyat’ in its Monday theatre series.
The nukad starts with the slogan to aware the common masses about the value of vote, followed by group songs by the actors.
In the play, a lady namely Taro Devi declares that none of her family member with be allowed to cast his vote. She gives a reason that whom they vote in the previous elections, had never visited to them to know about their miseries.
Taro Devi’s children were well education and decided to convince their mother against her order. They convinced their mother by saying that only elected Government is the best solution for their problems.
Finally Taro Devi got convinced and took her order back.
Actors, who acted in the nukad were Happy Gupta, Raju Mad, Ashok Sharma, Harash Gupta, Kanav Sharma, Shally, Kavita and Vijay Malla.
The play was written and directed by Vijay Malla.
