BJP holds series of meetings in Rajouri, Poonch

RAJOURI, Mar 31: With the aim of boosting morale of ground level workers of the party, ahead of upcoming Parliament elections, senior leaders of Bharatiya Janata Party, (BJP) from the State, conducted series of meetings in various Assembly constituencies in twin border districts of Rajouri and Poonch.
The BJP leaders up to the level of “Shakti Kendra” incharges, including State, district, Mandal presidents, Morcha presidents along with their teams and other senior leaders attended these meetings.
BJP general secretary (Org), Ashok Kaul during his three-days constituency level tour , chaired various meetings conducted in Nowshera, Kalakote, Mendhar, Poonch Haveli, Surankote, Rajouri and Darhal constituencies in the districts of Rajouri, and Poonch districts.
State additional media secretary, Rakesh Mahajan, MLA Abdul Ghani Kohli, MLCs Vibodh Gupta, Pardeep Sharma, Sunil Gupta, ex-VC OBC Board, Rashpal Verma, ex-VC Pahari Board, Kuldeep Raj Gupta, Rajinder Gupta, ex-VC Daljeet Singh Chib, Capt (retd) Som Dutt, Devraj Sharma, Ch Talib Hussain, Dinesh Sharma, and other BJP senior leaders also addressed these meetings.
Ashok Kaul, while addressing the meetings, said that successive governments in the past made hoax promises during their tenure, but none was serious about the public welfare in reality. He said that only BJP Government under leadership of Narendra Modi has truly understood the miseries faced by people. He said that the three percent reservation given to Pahari people and the 10 percent reservation provided to economically weaker sections on the direction of PM has proved that only BJP cares for the public sentiments.
He said that this reservation is not based upon sympathy but on empathy for the rights well deserved by the nationalist communities of India.
Kaul, said that BJP represents a family bound with emotions, love and strong ethics. He said that every BJP worker has done duty with very dedication for every minute he or she has remained associated with the organization and this is the time that we have to approach with all might to public with the report card of our efforts, so that Prime Minister, Narendra Modi can serve the nation with strengthened hands.
People are very well aware today, Kaul said and added that public knows that BJP is the only political party that can ensure progress of the nation in every field. Public knows that we are committed to the principle of “nation first, party second, self last” and thus has made up the mind to give landslide victory to BJP under the leadership of Narendra Modi.
