Jugal counts achievements during Poonch tour

JAMMU, Apr 2: Sitting MP and BJP’s contesting candidate for Jammu-Poonch Parliamentary seat, Jugal Kishore Sharma today toured Fazalabad, Surankote, lower Arri and Mendhar areas in Poonch.
Addressing public in Mendhar and Surankote, Jugal said that BJP has done commendable developmental works for the people of district Poonch and Rajouri.
“Passport office has been started in Rajouri which gives immense relief to the people of these twin districts. In infrastructure development sector, four lanning of Jammu-Poonch road has been sanctioned and work on widening of the Jammu-Poonch national highway has been started,” he said.
He further said that in health and medical science sector, a medical college is under construction at Rajouri and now people of this area would not have to rush to Jammu in emergency for medical treatment.
The MP also included 3 per cent quota in jobs to the Pahari speaking people and said that this is possible only due to leadership of PM Modi.
He also made a mention of bunkers made in border areas for the safety of residents in the wake of cross border firing.
MLC Pardeep Sharma, State BJP Secretary Sunil Gupta, Satish Sharma, Bablu Gupta and others were also present.
