JAMMU, Apr 5: RS Pura police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest since long.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from RS Pura Police Station led by SHO Inspector Chanchal Singh conducted raid and apprehended an absconder, who was at large since long.
The accused has been identified as Ravi Kumar alias Romi, son of Kamlesh Kumar, a resident of Gharani.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 108/11 under sections 451, 323 and 427 RPC with Police Station Miran Sahib.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
