KATHUA, Apr 5: Marheen police arrested a bootlegger and recovered 230 poly pouches of illicit liquor, a police official said.
The accused has been identified as Billu, son of Ram Chand, a resident of Rajouri, at present Gotarua Changi Marheen.
A case under relevant Section has been registered and investigation started.
