All former ruling parties responsible for present chaos, disorder: Bhim Singh

SRINAGAR, Apr 16: Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) supremo Prof Bhim Singh held all former ruling parties responsible for present chaos and disorder.
Addressing a press conference here, Prof Singh accused all former ruling parties in J&K responsible for the present chaos, disorder and corruption. He said that there is no law and order in J&K particularly in the Kashmir valley and there is no rule of law for many years because of the ruling parties failure to deliver justice and equity to the people of J&K.
He flayed Congress, National Conference, PDP and BJP who ruled J&K during different intervals. He appealed to the electorates in J&K specially in the Kashmir to participate in the polling and vote for the candidates of the Panthers Party assuring that the Panthers Party will deliver justice to every home.
“Panthers Party will ensure the application of the Chapter of the Indian Constitution on all fundamental rights”, he said and regretted that since 1950 the fundamental rights have not been included in the Constitution of J&K nor the J&K Constitution assures secular character.
Prof Singh said that Panthers Party if gets a chance to enter the Parliament of India will fight for including three subjects namely, Defence, Foreign Affairs and Communications under the control of the Parliament of India which were included in the Instrument of Accession by Maharaja Hari Singh on October 26, 1947.
He assured the electorates in Kashmir also that the Panthers Party will fight against the Public Safety Act and ensure to fight for justice and equity for all suffering from illegal detentions and prisons particularly in Kashmir.
He also introduced the candidates of Lok Sabha constituencies Srinagar and Anantnag namely, Abdul Rashid Ganie and Nisar Ahmed Wani.
Among others present were Anita Thakur, General Secretary, Rafiq Ahmed, Farooq Ahmed Dar, Provincial President-Kashmir and Hakim Arif Ali, President, Kashmir.
