Jammu, Apr 16: Taking a leap along this path, Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology (YCET) in collaboration with Times Institute of Management and Technical Studies (TIMTS) provided a perfect platform to its budding engineers by offering them exposure to “Robo Lab” training class.
The curriculum in itself is a bundle of technology of the future, encompassing titles like hands on robotics training and Internet of Things (AIOT). The scope of both robotics and AIOT forms a major part of the focus of the job universe of technological world. These terms are briskly becoming the synonyms of future technology. As such by witnessing these technologies hands on and by absorbing the cognition of these trends, students would immensely benefit in the longer term jog of job supremacy.
The engrossment of the class amongst the students is quite apparent from the massive numbers of enrolments to the same. Without failing to mention their gratitude for the faculty and the management of YCET, a plethora of students from the institution have expressed their interest in becoming part of the future technological circle by learning the tools of the trade.
To incorporate the same, the organizers of the training curriculum, Generation Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (AI), have prepared an immaculately laid plan offering hands on training and free study material to all the participants at very nominally charges.
Generation Robotics and AI Lab have been the leading name in the fields of robotics and IOT and by joining hands with the experts, YCET wishes to open new portals of opportunity for its up coming engineers.
The Robo Lab was inaugurated by Prof. R.K. Gangoo, Director Colleges Development Council, University of Jammu who was the Chief Guest on the occasion. Er. Vidhi S. Jamwal, Chairman, JGEI presided over the inaugural function.
Dr. Arvind Dewagan, Director YCET, Sandeep Pandita, Head Strategic Planning and Operations YCET, Er. B.R. Verma, Chief Coordinator, R.S. Dalpatia, Dy. Registrar and all the Heads of the Departments along with their faculty members were also present in the session. Mr. . Vishal Sharma and Mr. Dinesh Gupta were the resource persons from TIMTS.
