RAMBAN, Apr 20: Four teachers of a school were suspended today by Chief Education Officer (CEO) Ramban for their unauthorized absence from their duties.
The suspended teachers are Ateq Ur Rehman (3rd Teacher), Mehmood Ahmed Sohil (RReT), Anjali Devi (ReT) and Bilal Ahmed (ReT). They were posted at UPS Soomberkote.
The suspension was ordered by the CEO Ramban in view of circulation of a video clip on social media depicting local public and students of village Soomberkote protesting against absence of staff and closure of the School during working hours today.
According to the order issued by CEO Ramban, Principal HSS Gool along with one senior most lecturer of HSS Gool will conduct an in-depth enquiry into the matter and submit fact finding detailed report to his office within three working days positively.
