1 Farooq Ahmad Lone, IAS(JK:2009), Special Secretary, Social Welfare Department,
looking alter the work of Administrative Secretary, Social Welfare Department and holding additional charge of Administrative Secretary, General Administration Department, is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department. The officer shall continue to hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, General Administration Department.
2. Rohit Kansal, IAS (JK:1995), Principal Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development & Monitoring, Civil Aviation, Hospitality & Protocol and Estates Departments, shall hold the charge of Principal Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department, in addition to his own duties, till further orders. This order is issued with the concurrence of Election Commission of India conveyed by the Chief ELectoral Officer, J&K vide communication No. 1840/CEO/Elec/2019/2891 dated 22.4.2019.
