POONCH, Apr 28: An elderly woman was seriously injured after she fell down from a motor-cycle near Bhimber Gali area of Mendhar today.
The victim has been identified as 60-year-old Sayeeda Begum, wife of Abdul Majeed, resident of Surankote. The mishap took place when she was going home with her relative on the bike. She fell down and received head injury besides multiple fractures. She was removed to SDH, Mendhar and then referred to District Hospital, Rajouri. The police has taken cognizance.
