JAMMU, Feb 22: Strongly condemning the Hyderabad blasts in which 12 people lost their lives, RSS national spokesperson Ram Madhav held the security lapses responsible for the same.
Tacking the Central and State Governments to task for the security lapses, he said the Government has been always caught napping. The Government should act tough against the terror so that he strong message goes across that there will be no leniency to such acts and those responsible will be dealt strongly.
Mr Madhav who is here to take part in a seminar organized by J&K Study Centre said this in an informal chat with media persons at the sidelights of the seminar.
He said the entire country should join hands in condemning this dastardly act. However he parried a question when asked that who was responsible for the blasts and said that the agencies were investigating that.
