JAMMU, May 8: A youth has been booked for kidnapping a girl from Prem Nagar area, falling under the jurisdiction of Miran Sahib Police Station.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by family members with Police Station Miran Sahib stating that a youth identified as Monu Kumar, son of Darshan Lal, a resident of Prem Nagar has kidnapped their daughter.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 62/19 under section 366 RPC has been registered at Miran Sahib Police Station and hunt has been launched to rescue the kidnapped girl and arrest the accused.
