KATRA, May 12: Police today arrested three drug peddlers during special naka at Balni and seized Chitta like substance from their possession.
The accused, identified as Rakesh Kumar of Buttan Katra, Mintu Sharma of village Saroon Katra and Munish Kumar of village Serbad, Katra, were on way towards Reasi in their Maruti car bearing registration number JK08A-3489. Three grams of Chitta like substance was recovered from their possession.
A case FIR number 116/2019 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act was registered in this connection at Police Station Katra. The arrests were made by SHO Katra, Insp Pardeep Gupta, under the supervision of SP Katra Naresh Singh.
