JAMMU, Feb 23: The five-day workshop on ‘Construction of textual material of Economics and Financial Literacy’ for inclusion of the same in Social Studies textbook of Class 9th and 10th, concluded today.
The workshop was organized by the Curriculum Development and Research Wing -Academic division of J&K Board of School Education.
During the workshop, textual material related to Money, Banking, Financial literacy, basic concepts about the sectors of Indian economy and Government intervention measures for development of the Indian economy, was developed by the subject experts who included Dr Jasbir Singh from Jammu University and some lecturers of Plus two.
