JAMMU, May 20: Bishnah police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest since two decades.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Bishnah Police Station led by SHO Inspector Rattan Singh conducted raid and arrested an absconder, who was at large since 22 years.
The arrested person has been identified as Krishan Lal, son of Diwan Chand, a resident of Ward Number 9, RS Pura.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 45/97 under section 382 and 341 RPC with Police Station Bishnah. Arrest warrant under section 512 CrPC also stands issued against him by the Court of JMIC Bishnah.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
