Five injured in collision of two cars

JAMMU, May 23: Five persons including two children were injured today in the collision of two cars at Paloura on Jammu-Akhnoor Road.
“Two cars coming from opposite directions collided head on with each other at Paloura Chowk, resulting into injuries to five persons,” a police official said. He said the injured persons were identified as Naresh Singh son of Joginder Singh (39), his wife Sunaina (38), their sons, Jai Jamwal (2) and Veenu (2) and Lakshay (17) son of Karan Singh, all residents of Sunderbani.
“All the injured were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for treatment,” the official said, adding a case in this connection was registered at police station Domana and investigations started.
