RAJOURI, May 23: The police has traced a woman who went missing from her home in Manjakote area of Rajouri under mysterious circumstances.
Police said 35- year- old woman, who is a mother of six children and resident of a village in Manjakote tehsil went missing from her residence on May 15, 2019 and a missing report was lodged in Police Station Manjakote by the family members on the same day.
During investigation by team of police headed by SHO Manjakote Manzoor Kohli, several important clues were developed and a team of police from Rajouri assisted by Udhampur District police managed to trace the woman from village Balota Chigla in Basantgarh area of Udhampur.
The said woman has been handed over to her legal heirs after completing all legal formalities while further investigation to ascertain the cause of her missing is going on.
