Missing woman, teenage girl traced

RAJOURI, May 25: The police traced a woman and a teen-age girl who were missing from their houses in district Rajouri for the last few days.
A police spokesman said that regarding missing of woman, a missing report was lodged by her husband five days ago with Sunderbani police in which he reported that his wife has gone missing from home.
On the basis of complaint, a missing report was registered and investigation was started while with the help of her family members, she was recovered on Friday evening and later handed over to her family members after completion of legal formalities.
Case was investigated by a team of police headed by SDPO Nowshera Brijesh Sharma under the supervision of Addl SP Nowshera GL Sharma.
Similarly, 19 years old girl from Lamberi was also reported missing from her house under mysterious circumstances on Thursday after which a missing report was registered at Lamberi police post of Nowshera police station.
Investigation of the matter was started by police team headed by Incharge PP Lamberi, SI Mehmood Khan under the supervision of SDPO Nowshera Brijesh Sharma during which some leads were developed.
On Friday, based on specific inputs, the said girl was recovered from a passenger vehicle while she was on her way to Kashmir valley via Mughal Road.
After completing legal formalities, girl has been handed over to her family.
