JAMMU, May 9: Various deputations and individuals today called on Deputy Chief Minister Tara Chand at Civil Secretariat and projected the demands of their respective areas.
A deputation led by Rajesh Kesari, leader Shiv Sena Hindustan demanded beautification and development of Manda track for convenience of the morning walkers and families visiting with their children to watch the Wildlife Sanctuary.
Vinod Sharma, General Secretary PCC, who was leading another deputation demanded further improvement in the sanitation services, particularly in the peripheral wards.
Mr. Tara Chand gave patient hearing to the demands of visiting deputations and issued on the spot directions for the early redressal of the same.
