REASI, May 30: Reasi police arrested two persons with narcotics during the intervening night of May 29 and 30.
According to a police official, on specific input a special naka was laid by Reasi police near Gran Morh under the leadership of Wasim Hamdani Deputy SP Headquarters Reasi along with Inspector Ashwini Sharma, SHO Reasi.
During naka checking, one motorcycle bearing registration number JK20-6435 which on its way from Jyotipuram to Reasi, was intercepted. On search, one packet each containing 300 capsules of Tramandol Hydrocloride IP was recovered from bike rider Balkrishan Sharma son of Sat Paul, resident of Rabta (tehsil Bhalwal, Jammu) and pillion rider Malaap Singh son of Inder Singh, resident of Sulook (tehsil Thruoo, district Reasi).
A case FIR number 113/2019 under sections 8/20/22//29 NDPS Act was registered in this connection at police station Reasi and investigation started.
The whole operation was conducted under the supervision of Shiv kumar Chauhan, Additional S P Reasi and under the overall command of Nisha Nathyal, SSP Reasi.
