JAMMU, June 2: Indian Youth Congress (IYC) has appointed Sandeep Singh Rissam from Jammu as National Coordinator & Incharge of New Delhi Youth Congress.
Presently, Sandeep is also the elected general secretary of Jammu & Kashmir Pradesh Youth Congress (JKPYC).
Earlier, he was also State Spokesperson of Jammu Kashmir Pradesh Youth Congress (JKPYC). Recently, he was awarded by Indian Youth Congress leadership at New Delhi for his hard work.
