JAMMU, June 2: Former MLA and senior BJP leader Sat Sharma during public interaction listened problems being faced by the people in Jammu West areas.
People from various Wards sought redressal of their grievances. Deputations from Ward number 16, 31 and 35 led by Councillor, Yash Pal Sharma also met the BJP leader with their problems.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said a fruitful discussion was held with the deputations and many things came up during the interaction where locals have stressed upon taking up some utmost important works in the area and it will be seen that these works are taken up and completed in a stipulated time frame.
Sharma informed that he has asked the officials of concerned departments to immediately prepare estimates and take up the works for remaining lanes in the area and if any other area of remaining 26 Wards of Jammu West Assembly segment has left behind in terms of development, such work should also be taken up there too in order to provide better connectivity to the inhabitants.
He informed that he spoke to concerned engineers of PDD and PHE departments and asked them to provide uninterrupted supply of power and water in all 26 Wards of Jammu West.
