JAMMU, June 3: A minor girl has been gangraped by two youth in Chakroi area, falling under the jurisdiction of RS Pura Police Station.
As per police sources, a 16-year-old girl hailing from District Samba lodged a complaint with Police Station RS Pura stating that two youth identified as Shakti Kumar and Labba Ram, both residents of Chakroi kidnapped and took turns to rape her when she visited her relatives house in Chakroi.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 85/19 under section 363 and 376 RPC and 3/4/17 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act has been registered at Police Station RS Pura and hunt has been launched to arrest the rapists.
