RAJOURI, June 10: A villager was seriously injured after he was shot at by a member of other group during clash over land dispute in Darhal area of district Rajouri today.
A police spokesman said that over an old land dispute, there was clash between the families of Noor Hussain and Abdul Hussain at village Kharad at around 1.30 pm today. During bloody clash, Abdul Hussain took out his .12 bore gun and fired upon Nazakat Hussain, son of Noor Hussain.
Nazakat with serious injuries was shifted to District Hospital Rajouri and then referred to Govt Medical College Jammu. The police has registered a case in this connection.
