JAMMU, June 15: The JAK Rifles Officers Organisation held their annual meet at Brig Usman Officers Institute and celebrated the birth anniversary of Brig Rajinder Singh popularly known as ‘Saviour of Kashmir’.
Many army veterans like Maj Gen Goverdhan Singh Jamwal, former MLC; Brigadier K.K Lakhanpal, defence analyst Col Dr Virendra K Sahi, Cols Karan Singh and Rajinder Singh were prominent among veterans present on the occasion.
The event was hosted by Brig Chopra, Dy GOC of Tiger Division and meticulously organised by Col Pavinder and 15 JAK Rifles.
A regimental family get together was also organised where galaxy of ladies also joined.
A short power point presentation was shown on the regimental events.
