Tributes paid to Chandershekhar Azad

JAMMU, Feb 27: Rich tributes were paid to Chandershekhar Azad, who sacrificed his life for freedom of the country.
A programme in this connection was organized by NSF at Jammu University wherein portrait of Chandershekhar Azad was garlanded amidst patriotic slogans.
Dr DL Choudhary, Administrator of General Zorawar Singh Auditorium, JU, was the chief guest on the occasion while senior NC leader Ankush Abrol was the guest of honour. NSF State president Dr Vikas Sharma presided over the function.
Speakers paid tributes to the martyr and threw light on the latter’s life history.
A similar programme was organised by the students of Law Department for paying tributes to Chandershekhar Azad.
Those who spoke on the occasion, included Nitin Bakshi, Kamal Magotra, Guneet Sharma and Anshu Mahajan.
