NEW DELHI, June 22:National Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC), a public sector undertaking, on Saturday signed an MoU with Common Service Centres (CSC) e-Governance Services India for enhancing new offerings for the MSME sector by synergizing each others competence.
The pact was signed by MSME AS&DC and NSIC CMD Ram Mohan Mishra and by CSC e-Governance Services India Limited CEO Dr Dinesh Kumar Tyagi.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Mishra said this MoU will have special focus on providing services to village level entrepreneurs(VLEs) and would lead to exponential growth of VLEs across the country.
The MoU will also enable CSCs to utilise plethora of NSIC offerings through its portal www.msmemart.com.
Dr Tyagi said CSC will facilitate VLEs and MSMEs through digital empowerment in accessing NSIC integrated support services encompassing marketing, finance, technology and other offerings.
