UDHAMPUR, June 27: A diagnostics laboratory and chemist shop were completely gutted in accidental fire near head post office Dhar Road, here last night.
Reports said that the shop namely Royal Diagnostics Laboratory, owned by Rajendra Kumar and Sahil Mediscan Center Chemist Shop, owned by Sahil Dubey, near head post office Udhampur, were completely gutted in accidental fire that took place last night.
Even as there was no loss of life or injuries to anyone, property worth lakhs of rupees, approximately Rs 35 lakh, was gutted in the fire. Cause of fire could not be ascertained.
A case under relevant sections has been registered in this connection at Police Station Udhampur.
