Unscheduled power cuts creating miseries for people: Sharma

JAMMU, July 2: Unscheduled power cuts during the ongoing hot weather conditions are creating miseries for the people particularly for the students’ community of Jammu province.
This was stated by Ashok Kumar Sharma, former MLA Kalakote while addressing the party workers in Badal area of Kalakote in district Rajouri. National Coordinator AICC Vichar Vibhag was also present on the occasion.
Sharma also demanded Degree Colleges and Munsiff Courts for Khawas and Taryath. He also sought personal intervention of the Governor Satya Pal Malik for ensuring regular power supply and opening of the colleges and Munsiff Courts at Khawas and Taryath.
He expressed concern over the deplorable road communication network in Khawas and Taryath tehsils and urged upon the Union Government to hand over Mogla to Kotranka via Khawas Badal road to Border Road Organization (BRO) and macadamize the link roads to ensure proper road communication facility.
