Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday said that he has already submitted his resignation and he is no longer the Congress party’s President. “Party should decide on the new President quickly without further delay, I’m nowhere in this process,” he said. “Congress Working Committee should convene a meeting at the earliest and decide,” he added.
