JAMMU, July 9: A young man was found hanging this morning in a hotel room in Trikuta Nagar area on city outskirts.
“The deceased was identified as Sparsh Sharma (20) son of Pawan Kumar Sharma, resident of Pounta Sahib (Himachal Pradesh),” a police official said. He said that the deceased youth was staying in Amarnath Hotel situated at Trikuta nagar for last 2 days and today morning, his body was found hanging from the hook of the ceiling fan in his room.The official said that the body was sent for postmortem in Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu and his family in Himachal Pradesh was informed while inquest proceeding under 174 CrPC was initiated in this connection by Trikuta Nagar police.
