JAMMU, July 20: Durga Nagar Welfare Committee held a meeting, under the Chairmanship of Roshan lal Raina, here today.
The meeting was attended by the members of the Committee including General Secretary, Bihari Lal, CL Zutshi, Badri Nath, Bansi Lal, Bushan Lal, Nana Ji, besides residents of the area.
The Committee made a plea to the Government to issue the orders of the pending posts, under the Prime Minister Package like the Junior Statistical Assistants, Legal Assistants, Class IVth and various other posts whose orders have not been issued till date.
The members said that these posts have already been advertised and migrants have submitted papers to the concerned departments and are waiting in the wings for the issuance of the order.
The meeting also plead for issuance of orders to the waiting list teachers of Pulwama and other districts.
The Meeting also appealed the Advisors to hold public gathering meetings in Jammu to resolve various issues on-the-spot.
Meanwhile, the deputation of the Committee met the Divisional Commissioner Jammu and requested him for the segregation of R2 Load.
The Div Com according to the members discussed the issue with the Chief Engineer PDD, who assured that he will do it at an earliest.
