KATHUA, July 21: A dead body of an unidentified male person was recovered from cremation ground in Chan Arorian near here this evening. The body was taken by a police team from DPL Kathua in its custody and kept at mortuary of District Hospital Kathua for its identification and postmortem.
The Raj Bagh Police Station has taken cognizance of the same and police is investigating the cause of death. The male body appears to be of 35 years of age. The postmortem of the body will only be done after its identification is made, police said.
