JAMMU, Mar 4: Stepping up the attack against the self designed roles by the Central University of Jammu (CUJ) authorities regarding the recently advertised posts for various departments, National Secular Forum (NSF) today staged a noisy demonstration here and urged the Governor, N N Vohra, who is the first Chancellor of the varsity, for ordering a high-level inquiry. They shouted slogan against CUJ’s callous attitude of Vice-Chancellor and Jammu based political parties.
They asked the Jammu based MLAs to come out with a statement making its agenda clear over the construction work and the corrupt OSD in Central University at the earliest to clear the stand over this whole murky issue.
Hundreds of NSF activists today held protest against the VC resenting delay in construction work in Central University of Jammu.
Addressing the protesters, Vikas Sharma, State President, NSF, condemned Chancellor, Central University, for not taking note of their demands and maintaining stoic silence over the entire matter.
