Four injured in road accidents

JAMMU, July 29: Four persons were injured today in separate road accidents in outskirts of Jammu city.
According to a police official, a pedestrian namely Yashpal (42) son of Maggar Ram, resident of Kot Bhalwal was hit and injured by a mini-bus at Kot Bhalwal.
“At Bishnah, a bike rider identified as Surjeet Kumar (25) son of Tilak Raj, resident of Bishnah, was injured when his bike collided with another bike,” the official said, adding two persons were also injured in Pargwal area when a bike on which they were travelling, was hit by another bike. The injured persons were identified as Rekha devi (20) wife of Ashwani Singh and Arjun Singh (21) son of Swarn Singh, both residents of Bhalwal.
He said that all the injured persons were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu while the concerned police had taken cognizance in all four cases.
